I'm Lance Morton. Currently, I work as a professional hypnotist and writer. My book Mentally Create your Ideal Weight was published in 2004. Since then I have taught English in Costa Rica and the Ukraine, practiced hypnosis and worked as a personal fitness trainer.
I hold a Masters Degree in Education with a minor in Counseling and a BS degree in Physical Education with a minor in History. I taught in the Texas Public School System for five years and was a school principal for twenty years. I have also worked as a radio announcer, copywriter and bouncer. My areas of interest include health and wellness, motivation and the mind-body connection.
